Create a Photo Gallery Directions: NOTE: You should always make sure you are creating ways to protect the privacy of your students if you include student photos...make sure they are on the approved list from your building.
Ways to use this page: A: Photos of classroom B: Topic photos (i.e. Social studies of topic you are currently teaching) C: Art Gallery: this is a great way to provide pictures that students have drawn. IPad or your digital camera or Iphone are great resources to take these pictures. D: BULLETIN BOARD: Do you put your students' work on bulletin boards in your building? You can take individual pictures of their work and post this on the line for parents and students to see.
Step 1: Collect a folder of the pictures you wish to include or take picture of images you want. If it is student work or art work, you might consider having students take pictures of the images. Step 2: ADD a new page-click PAGES tab, add Title, page style...click Edit (or add to an existing page) Step 3: ADD Photos: a. Click GALLERY and drag it into the new page (or underneath) b. Click UPLOAD IMAGES. Click UPLOAD GALLERY IMAGES FROM YOUR COMPUTER. Set your columns as you wish them to appear. NOTE: If you point to your image, you may add a link or set a caption for the picture. Lightbox setting will allow you to have the largest quality picture.
